In Experience Space in Tridion Sites 9.5 we've greatly improved the user experience for these kind of messages.

When the user saves a page where some of the field constraints are not met in the page or region nodes, then the user is taken to the first error in first tab where the error occurs. Once it is fixed and saved, the user is then taken to next errors in other tabs and so on, until all errors have been resolved.

Interestingly we have some of this in-context warning and validation in the Experience Manager user interface but not in the Content Manager Explorer. The newer error approach also groups up errors into a single screen during BluePrinting move up/down.

I'm setting this to Under Review to let others votes and provide feedback. This might be something we can revisit in the new Graphene UI implementation where the content entry forms should meet expectations of forms.
