End of Services: RWS will no longer provide any services related to the installation or updating of TBM.
Existing Installations: TBM will remain functional where already installed, but the RWS support team will not offer assistance in troubleshooting issues, addressing reported problems, or providing further development for TBM.
Documentation: The TBM documentation has been removed from docs.rws.com.
Community Support: The community forum for TBM will remain accessible in a read-only format for users to reference if needed.

Question

i have been using TBM formally BaaC since 2018. Now using the latest version of TBM v5, and i need to upgrade to TBM v6 due to the massive size of DB, which almost killed the performance of TBM. 
 kindly how to move ( vendors/ customers/ projects/jobs ) data to the new TBM v6 ( no need to export files).? 
 Followed the Docs on upgrading to V6, and it wasn't helpful.

Hi Saleem, 
 This question is more difficult. Did you click Prepare for migration button? Did it go well? 
 I have 2 suggestions how to try to overcome this out of memory issue: 
 
 Create database backup. 
 After finishing with preparing migration and confirming that files were exported to a specified folder, try to select Other/tools > Manage file attachments, and delete all files. 
 Open list of mail messages and delete all messages. 
 Open settings window and try to export data again.
