We have just released a new version of SDL Language Cloud Customer Portal with the following features:

Project Due Dates

The way that project due dates are displayed and reported has been improved. When a vendor suggests a due date that is different from the one requested, this is now clearly visible before approving the project in either list or tile view:

Once the quote has been accepted, the due date will then switch to the new date proposed by the vendor. The dates reported in the data export have also been amended to reflect the correct values.

Data Export

It was previously noted that some of the data in the export was either missing or inaccurate. The contents of the data export have been analyzed and changed to reflect the correct values.

Dashboard Statistics

The word counts for locked segments are now included in the data displayed in the Customer Portal dashboard. In addition, the total word counts displayed have been corrected to reflect the true values for projects with multiple languages.

Folder Structure

When uploading and downloading ZIP files to the Customer Portal, the folder structure contained in the ZIP file is now respected and maintained through the lifecycle of the project.
