languagecloud trados doesn´t let me do anything

Good evening; 
 I try to use language cloud but it is giving me this... dashboard is nowhere, and I cannot do anything at all. 
 Anyone could help me, please?

Hi Melodi, 
 The reason why you do not have access to any resources is because of your user role. Can you please check with one of the users who has administrator rights and ask him/her to assign your user a different role in order to have access to the resources? For example: administrator or project manager role.
