language cloud no working

Hi! I am getting this in language cloud. I have connect to language cloud from my Trados account, that&acute;s not the issue. Anyone could help me, please?

 Do you have a Trados Studio license or did you receive an invitation to work on a Trados Team project from a client? 
 The window looks like you do not have the rights to access all the features. If you have a Trados Studio license then this is not correct, we'll need to raise a case. 
 If you are working on a project from a customer, this should be clarified with them.
