Changes were made to our account that I didn't ask for and now I can't access Trados Studio

On Friday, when I opened Trados Studio 2024, said it had deactivated and must close. I logged into my RWS account and it said No available licenses. I started a chat with Ana-Maria, who told me to contact Andrew Skulkala, which I had already done. I still haven't gotten a response from him. I started another chat this morning with Ionut, and he said he would contact the sales rep and I would get an answer. I still haven't gotten an answer. We upgraded to Trados Studio 2024 in September, we didn't change anything else. I don't know why this was done or how to fix it. But until then, I can't do my job, so an answer would be wonderful.
