Problem with subscription activation

I have a Trados Team Subscription through my University and I'm using Trados Studio 2022. When I open Trados to translate and I select my University's account, to which my profile is linked, I'm not given the option to Activate the subscription. It just says that the subscription has expired and the Activate button doesn't show. I've already tried logging in and logging out from my profile and I've visited the account linked to the Subscription (my University's account), but this problem keeps coming up. In the last few days I've had this problem but in the end I was always able to activate the subscription. Today I'm not able to do it. Is there a way to solve this?
