Hello,
Since I updated to the latest version of Trados 24 (a week ago) I've started having problems in creating return package. It goes through the whole process up to phase 5, it even creates the package and then everything freezes at the end as in the screenshot below. After that I have to shut everything down and restart the computer. Then it works normally for two or three times and then the same problem arises again. I also tried with Freshstart, but with no luck. Can anyone help me?
