Hello,
I am unable to log into Trados online. I've been using this for months and no issues at all. I was told by online support that it was because I'm a Trados 2021 user, so I bought a new subscription, but the problem persisted. Then I was told by 2 more online agents that it's a problem at Trados and that they're working on it and it'll be working as usual in a few hours, but 24 hours later, it's still the same. I have deadlines this morning and my PM said none of her other linguists are experiencing this issue, and that it must be an issue my end. I have cleared cache, changed browsers, changed my password, but still I'm experiencing this. Is anyone else experiencing this? Many thanks in advance! :)
