Licenses disappeared from the SDL account

Currently on Trados Studio 2019 SR 2. 

Normally, I've been able to check our licenses through the SDL account, but now they have disappeared from there. Is there any reason for this?

There's a bunch of old, irrelevant licenses for other products, but not our Trados licenses (even though we are using them as I write this). No available upgrades either, if that matters. Found it weird, as they've always been there, with the activation codes etc. We do not have other accounts (as far as I know).
