Cannot access Trados Live Essential Account

Hi,

I am signed into Trados Studio, but when I click on the url to access the Trados Live Essential Freelance account here:

SDL Language Cloud sign-in page showing user Maria V Garrido signed in with an arrow pointing to Trados Live Essential Freelance package.

I am asked to sign in again and then I get this:

Error message from RWS Language Cloud stating 'You don't have permissions for this account' with an OK button.

This obviously won't let me in.  Please can you help me to resolve this?
