I had a problem with my computer and had someone repaired it. When he brought me back my computer, sdl Trados studio was gone, so I had to reinstall it. After the installation, Studio asked me the license activation and I copied it, but it did not work because it says that my 2 licenses are in use!

So I contacted the SDL support and ask them to disactivate it. They asked me which one? I said I don't know. Studio is also installed to my laptop. As a consequence, they disactivated both.

I was able to activate the license on my desktop without problem after that. Thank you to the support team. But now, I have problems with my laptop.

When I open Studio, on my laptop, it says my license is activated (while it is not). I tried to work today, but I cannot open my clouds projects !

I tried to disactivate it, to activate it again, but I have an error message. I tried to uninstall the program to reinstall it, but I have an error message also. I tried to update it, and I succeed, but the problem is still there and I cannot downloads the clouds projects.

Can someone give me some advice, how to solve this problem?
