License reset help needed

Question

Hello. I am currently using Trados 2017 Freelance in a Windows VM running on a Linux host. This morning I changed my Linux Distro and attached the Windows VM to it, and now Trados is telling me I have to activate. I need help resetting my license, which I am only using on two PCs, but I am getting an error message saying I have exceeded my reset limit. Please help me reset my license. Thanks.

Hi Jesse Lynch , 
 I see in your SDL account that you hold the 2017 Freelance PLUS license - PLUS version allows you to install and activate the same license on 2 devices. I can see that the license has been activated only once so far, so you can still use for a second activation - at least until the technical team is able to raise a ticket and help you with the reset. 
 Please log into your SDL account and go to Products and Plans>Licenses tab from which you can copy the license code and use it.
