Downloading when there is no free activation

Question

I have 2 licenses. 2011 and 2021 versions SDL Studio. Recently my laptop broke, and I replaced it. Need to download these 2 again but it shows I have no free activation left. How can I cancel one and download them to my new laptop?

 Please follow the steps from the following article to reset the license: 
 https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001616 
 After it's reset, you can activate it again on your machine.
