Upon installing the update from 2019 to 2021 I get the error " Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.AlignmentEditor.IAlignmentEditorService' could not be started" and Item Description "An item with the same key has already been added". I searched the board, but found no answer for this message combo. Background: The software opened at first, and I was able to activate it. Then I tried to customize the Quick Access bar and opened 2019 to make sure I get the same items, I saw pre-filled duplicates in 2021 that were grayed out and I could not remove, so I decided to restart. After restart I got the above error messages. I already deactivated Antivirus on all my Trados folders, but it did not help. I have not opened 2019 since I saw the first error message. I have tried to repair 2 times and re-install 4 times. And I am still getting the same messages.
