Cannot deactivate license to use it on new computer

Hello,

I cannot deactivate the license used on my previous computer (Provider error occurs, code: 653. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded). 

When I try to activate the license on the new computer I get this error: "Provider error occurred, code 0. Could not activate this license - No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code."

I have been trying to follow other threads, but apparently, the only way to solve this is by logging a support case. 

I own an SDL Trados Studio 2021 Professional (Network SN) 16.2.10.9305.

I have 3 users, so I also want to understand if the other 2 users will be affected.
