I have deactivate the licence (Trados 2021) on the laptop in order to activate it on the PC. In the licence page, however, the licence still results as active. I've pressed on "reset", but I've got this message: You can only reset your license 3 times within 12 months, it appears you have exceeded this limitation and the option to reset your license is no longer available. If you are having issues with your license and need further help please click here to log a request with the support team. I need help from the service, but I do not know how to contact it (it appears one needs to have a service contract). I have also experied problems when I have trasferred the licence on the laptop this summer, before going on holiday. Why is it so difficult to do that? Anyone who can help?
