Purchased a subscription license, added the user into account details but when trying to add subscription the account is showing

Question

I am writing from the International Transport Workers' Federation. I have purchased an additional license that I need to use for "Amber Young". I have added the user as an account contact but when the user logs into Trados Studio there is only one option under Account which is "ITF - Trados Team Trial - ID 583049" I am not seeing the Account where the license sits which is "625637 ITF - International Transport Workers Federation - Trados Studio Subscription". We have the user starting on Thursday so this is very urgent.
