Trados Studio Freelance licensing information/activation code missing

Hi! I just bought a Trados Studio Freelance license (previously I've had a trial license for a month or so, that was quite a long time ago), but I'm unable to retrieve the activation code to access the app. I'm attaching a screenshot of my subscription data on my RWS page, you can see it says "No data - You have no licenses", even though I have an order number and the status is "Active". I also got a message confirming payment. So, why cannot I access my license data, can somebody please help? I'm also adding a screenshot of my Trados Studio start screen – the activation code is requested after clicking "Activate", and that code is nowhere to be found. I need help urgently since I should get on with a project very very soon.Screenshot of Trados Studio Freelance subscription page showing status as 'Active' with activation and expiry dates, but a 'No data - You have no licenses' error message is displayed.
