Hello, I finished my exam for this level and the certification is nowhere to be found nor was it sent to me via email. When i click to the category Education my mark appears correctly and the completed sign but when i click the link to obtain my certification, appears the message "You must provide a valid user ID to view this page". Do you know what could be possibly wrong?

Hi Ana, unfortunately the same message still appears on my screen. In my account I have two mail addresses, my personal and my business. Do you think that this might be the problem?

Indeed, this time it appears that I have completed the exam. Is there a way that I can download some sort of a certification (eg. pdf format)? Also, if I pass the other levels will I have the same problem and need to contact you again? Thank you for your help!
Following the workaround provided above, by opening the link on a new tab of your browser, you will be able to view and distribute your personal certification page to show other people that you are RWS Certified.
If you need a PDF format, please send an email at producttraining@rws.com, and my colleagues will help you further.
