Error when using licensing code for available license

Question

My Studio 2021 license has been reset by RWS, but I still get an error message when trying to activate Trados with the license code. I have 1 available license, according to the licensing information in my RWS account. First time I got a cryptical error message about xml.version, second time I got a message that no licensing code was available for my activation code (contrary to what my account indicates). How can I activate Studio?
