I want to deactivate my Trados Studio 2019 to re-activate it in my new PC.
I tried to "Deactivate" from my Trados, but it was not successful with the error message saying "Unable to access Activation Server. Please check the Activation Server configured by the provider. The remote server returned an error (403: Not available).
I also tried Deactivation offline from my RWS account page, but unsuccessful with the same message.
All I want is to deactivate my Trados Studio 2019 license whether online or offline.
