SDL Trados 2022 - does not give me alternative for inserting the license key

Question

I've installed SDL Trados 2022 on a Windows 2022 server. The setup does not give me a choice to insert the license key. 
 The alternative activation options I get is "use a license server" or "connection settings" 
 How can this be solved?
