Need help make my installed version of 2024 work again from the desktop- The program does not start any longer since reinstalling it- This is very urgent. I cannot reach my account as I have "not sufficient permission" is the answer.

Help me to reset my licence and make it work with the connection to my computer/Desktop as I cannot use the Connect-button in my own account 
 as I have "not sufficient permission". Please do act a this is very urgent and there came to no solution during last week - please fix this NOW TODAY as clients waiting

Hi Birgitta, 
 The license appears as available in your RWS account and this means there is no reset needed. The license needs to be activated in order to work. 
 When you say the program does not start any longer, what exactly do you mean? Do you receive an error message? If yes, what error - please include a screenshot. 
 
 We cannot guess what exactly is happening, so kindly please provide more details.
