Activating existing licence on a new computer

Question

I am trying to activate my licence on a new computer I just purchased. I get an error message: "Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. 
 The agent on the chat suggested I write to you for help. I&rsquo;m a freelance translator and I absolutely need Studio! I&rsquo;m currently working with a trial version that will expire in 16 days. I have a perpetual licence for Studio 2019 Freelance. 
 What other information do you need from me?
