I installed Trados studio 2024 on my computer and the application does not start. I tried to install it again and it didnt work!

Hello, I had to uninstall my Trados Studio 2024 SR1 from my computer because when I wanted to reopened it I couldn't. I re-installed again, but it still not working. 
 It says: charging... but i never opened it!
