Dear Trados Support,
I am contacting you because I currently have the online version of Trados Studio with an annual subscription, and I was under the impression that this would entitle me to access the latest version of the product.
Today, I suddenly noticed that DeepL is no longer working. After looking into the issue, I realized that as of March 2026, DeepL is no longer supported on Trados Studio versions earlier than 2022.
This has come as a surprise to me, as I believed that my current online annual plan included access to the latest available version. I would therefore appreciate it if you could clarify whether my subscription should include an upgrade, and if so, how I can access the most recent version of Trados Studio.
