I installed TM Optimizer and tried to launch the program but it does not open. I saw that other people also reported the same issue in the comments from the AppStore.
I use Windows 7 Enterprise x64, with Studio 2017 & 2019 (sr1) installed.

Nothing happens at all actually, except for some small twitch of the mouse pointer.
I already have W7 SP1 installed, and my system is up-to-date. We have the issue on several computers in the French LO.

Yes, I tried the newest version and none of our computers are willing to run the app (we only have Windows 10). I do not get any error message though. During the installation, the default location for installing the app shows as SDL\SDL Community. However, when I go to the Start Menu, I see only a new folder "SDL" (and the TM Optimizer is in there) but not a new subfolder "SDL Community". I tried to install it to other locations without creating the subfolder but the result was the same.
