Hi everyone. Hoping you'll be able to help.

I wanted to test out the OpenAI translator plug-in and keep getting this error:

A few notes:

• I do have an OpenAI account - albeit a free one. Could this be the cause of the error?
• I successfully added a unique API key.
• The plug-in was successfully installed.
• I tried installing and reinstalling the plug-in and closing and reopening Trados - this didn't help.
• I tried generating a new API key and replacing the old one - didn't help either.
• The error appeared the very first time I tried to use the plug-in so it's not a matter of "too many requests" (at least I wouldn't say so, logically speaking).
• I tried changing prompts - didn't help.
• I tried changing the language model - also didn't help.

FYI I'm running Trados Studio Freelance Plus. The "About" section of Trados says "Trados Studio 2022 SR1 - 17.1.8.17828"

I'm completely out of ideas and your advice would be more than welcome.
