Unable to connect to License Server Manager

Hello,

We recently moved our Trados License Server Manager to a new server on our internal network. 

In the past few days, we have been losing connection to the server throughout the day. This means we cannot activate or deactivate Trados Studio on any local machine.

Trados Studio 2021 SR2.

According to our IT, there is nothing wrong with the server, and they asked if there may be a service in the License Server Manager that causes this phenomenon.
