Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account

When trying to "Sign in" from Studio 2024 I receive the following screen
Cloud Sign In dialog box showing an error message: 'Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account. Create an account or contact your cloud account administrator.' with a 'Sign out' button below the message.
Selecting "My Account" returns 
Connectivity error dialog box with the message: 'Trados Studio could not open the web page.' and an 'OK' button.
Selecting "Create account" from the notification returns

Notification dialog box with the message: 'An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team.' with an 'OK' button.

My organization is just me so any help would be appreciated
