I also moved the post to the AppStore forums seeing as this is clearly related to a plugin.

I think you should start by making sure you have a version of the plugin from Kaleidoscope that matches the version of Studio you are working with.

Thnx Paul, I installed the version for 2024 as far as I know. It works on studion 2021 though. Anyway I decided to copy the file out of the coti-container and translate it on basis of new settings. I have a problem there with a newly created xml2 settings file, which doesn't allow me to edit coulors etc. But that should be a new thread. Danke.

which version of Connecting Studio are you using? This error has been fixed in 2.0.3.1, and I indeed cannot reproduce it when importing a coti package.

(Tested with Studio 2024)

I will try again, thnx a lot. Since it works extracting the xml file and putting it back into the coti-package, it is not as dramtaitc as I thought :-)
