Working on Trados Online Editor.
When editing in the "target box", I type one letter and cursor jumps to the "source box".
Also, if I want to confirm, nothing happens.

I have the same problem. Takes ages to gen anything done like this.
Thank you for having put your question as it provoked an answer. So far I've been working on a laptop (because it works on that) but the online editor still refuses to work on the desktop. I shall try this chrome browser suggestion and see what happens.
I am also working on laptop and having this issue. let me know if it works with chrome although I am already using chrome

It's a word file (doc.). A project assigned to me through TRADOS Studio.
Another thing that suddenly happens frequently is that I am calling up concordance search with fn F3 and suddenly everything apart from the green header disappears and doesn't come back. Where can I report bugs? I have a deadline and am not able to finish the project like this.
Ana-Maria Matefi there are a number of other issues that are also annoying but not as hindering: When I try to open the concordance search vie fn F3 the page gets white (like it is loading) with only the green banner on top but nothing ever happens. I am losing where i was in the segments and have to reload the page. When I want to insert a comment and click on the icon in the right bar, the bar disappears and again I have to reload the page. It really has been a pain for the last 4 days or so. is there anywhere I can report these bugs and maybe send a video of these things to?

Could you try reproducing this in a different browser, such as Chrome, and let me know if the issues persist?

I am working in Chrome on mac. The online editor has never worked in another browser for me. I filed a big report about this in the past and the result was that I need to use chrome.
THis is for sure not related to file type, I would start by making sure, no add-ons or extensions are installed in the browser.
I will check. The odd thing is though that it started out of the blue. I am literally only using chrome for trados so I have not installed anything on purpose.

In that case it might be Chrome/system update, but if we cannot reproduce on our side, not much we can do. We are working on new version which should get to Production in next few weeks, we might see how that changes things.
Working on the next job since then. I updated chrome. I tried in firefox and safari. It happens in all 3 browsers and is an absolute nightmare. We have the subscription that includes technical support but I cant find who to contact. Please get in touch with me. I can not work like this and am happy to make a video and send it since you are not able to reproduce it on your end.
