Hello RWS Community,

I am currently working on obtaining the Trados Studio 2022 certification as part of the RWS training and certification program.
Unfortunately, I am unable to start the certification exam due to a persistent technical issue.

Context:

I am attempting to take the Trados Studio 2022 Certification Exam (Level 1) on the RWS certification platform (oos.sdl.com).
Successfully completing this certification is an important milestone for me, and I am eager to progress.

The Issue:

Every time I click the "Start Exam" button, the following error message appears:

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

This error prevents me from starting the exam entirely.

Steps I’ve Tried:

1. Accessing the platform using different web browsers (Chrome, Edge, and Firefox).
2. Clearing my browser cache and cookies.
3. Attempting to access the exam at various times of the day.

Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved.

What I Expected:

I expected the certification exam interface to load successfully after clicking "Start Exam," allowing me to proceed with answering the questions.

Request for Assistance:

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with the certification platform? If so, were you able to resolve it?
Are there any additional troubleshooting steps or specific settings I should check to fix this problem?

I’ve already contacted education@rws.com but wanted to ask here as well in case someone from the community has encountered and solved this issue.
