Assistance Needed – Subscription License Activation Issue

Dear Team,

I recently purchased a subscription-based license and am trying to activate it. However, I am receiving an error message stating: "Unable to connect to cloud, please try again."

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Let me know if any additional information is required.

I also didn't check as I'm not using my work laptop right now, but if you are using the subscription through your University account then you should probably be using the RWS Campus forums and then you'd be helped quickly.
