Dears ,
We would like to use SDL in auto reading files copied in the project folder , so for ex: the project folder called Complaints , we will place some .docx files , .pdf files in the 'en-US' subfolder under the main project folder 'Complaints' ..
However when we place a file there , we can't see it under the project when opening SDL , Can you please advise on how to see files dropped in a a specific folder on a server so translators can view new comming documents

Hi Haifa,
This error appears because the project template is not set.
Could you please make sure you have the following folder structure: in a watch folder you must have folders for each project you want to be created(and inside that folders you will put files).
watch folder -> project1(with files)
->project2
->project3
For each watch folder you must select a project template (click on the empty cell in Template column).
The last step, you need to select from the grid a project request in order to create a project.
I attached a picture with how to setup should looks like.
