Segmentation Problem

Question

Hello people, 
 Im new here, so i'm, sorry if i am wrinting in the wrong place, but i need some help with SDL compaign. 
 The problem is, i drop the item in the new segment e click process document, but not happen, the process just load but dont show anything, could you please help me? 
 Sorry for the english, im from brazil and i dont speek and write very well
