E-Mail notification not sent

Dear Community admins,

I have noticed that I am not receiving e-mails anymore when I am posting a question and when other members answers my questions. The check box "Notify me when someone replies to this post" is always checked.

Any idea why this is no longer working? Unfortunately, I am unable to say since when this has not been functioning.

  • Hi Laurent,

    We've been taking a look into this again to make sure we come with the right solution.
    First of all, we took a look into your settings, seems that everything is correct. (all email notifications on)

    Then secondly you need to be subscribed to the forum you are putting in your question.

    This can be found on the top of the forum. (see image below)

    This must be set from No to Yes.
    Only then you will receive email notifications.

    If this does not help, then the issue is most likely not in our hands but it might be that:

    - spam filters are not allowing emails from the community through
    - other email settings

    Hopefully after making sure you followed the steps as given above, you will start receiving emails again.
    If not, please let us know, we can have a call to try and fix the issue for you.
