No notifications for topics followed.

Question

Hi, 
 I don't seem to get any notifications when there are replies to topics that I follow by ticking the below box. Paul F had resolved the problem for someone by re-creating the user account, but maybe this should be looked into. Please feel free to re-create my account as well, if that would solve the problem
