I am asked daily to verify my email address. How can I turn that off?

Hi, 
 I am receiving what looks like a daily request to change my email address. Do these emails really originate from SDL and is there a way to stop them?

Hi Daniel, 
 This is the email verification system we have in place and yes, comes from SDL. Did you already verify your email by clicking the link in the email? 
 If not, please do. Probably that's why you keep receiving them. (Normally you should only receive the email once)
