I have turned all of the notifications off as you can see but still seem to be getting them (a lot)

It looks like you've got two accounts.
I've checked them again and both accounts have all possible subscriptions disabled..

Before I go into further investigation, just to be sure: Are you, today or yesterday, still receiving email messages from the Translation Productivity forums?
