I remember seeing this error on one machine where I work. We installed SP2 on 10 or so machines, and only 1 had this problem.
The solution is simply to reinstall Trados from scratch and then reinstall SP1 and SP2 in that order.
Also, make sure your Multiterm is also up to date. Incompatabilites between versions may cause this problem.
Anytime you see "Method not found: " that immediately implies that you have an installation problem,
as a missing Method means that the update didn't work correctly.
