Add a comment when accepting / denying a membership

Dear Community members, 
 Does anyone know whether there is a possibility to: 
 
 Add a comment when accepting/denying a request for membership to a community group? 
 If #1 is not possible, if there is a possibility to send a message to a community member without being connected to this person?

Both are currently not possible, Laurent Pierret . We have them on our Development backlog.
