Dear Administrator,
I bought an new domain, thus my E-Mail adddress changed. After I changed the E-Mail Address in mmy RWS account I cannot see the downloads anymore.
The appearing error is:
"The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable"
Earlier I got an E-Mail notification, that I can upgrade to Trados 2022 for free, as my Trados 2021 has been bought on April 02, 2022- I tried to activate it now, but it does not work either.
I also cannot order a
Level 1 Desktop - Support and Maintenance Agreement
Maybe all of that has something to do with the E-Mail address change?
