The last couple of days I always get duplicates of all mail notifications, for example when someone participated in a thread I started.
That applies to all notifications of type "You were mentioned" as well as notifications about new replies.

Hi Jens Olaf Koch ,
Thank you for bringing this up to our attention. Please allow us to investigate what the issue might be and I will be getting back to you with a response.
Thank you in advance for your time and patience throughout the process.
A related question:
I get my notifications by mail and in Trados Studio (here only once, by the way).
How can I stop the notifications in Trados? I coulnd't find a related setting either in the community settings or Trados options. Thanks!
Hi Jens Olaf Koch ,
First, thank you for the extra details regarding the notifications situation. We'll look into it and see what the issue might be. Also, would you mind letting us know when exactly the duplicates started coming forward?
As for the notifications in Trados, it very much depends on your settings and how you subscribed to the notifications.
If you have forums notifications on, you can click on Turn forum notifications off button placed on the right side of the screen.
Additionally, you can check in your Settings, the Email digests tab and select the desired options from the drop down menu.
Likewise, you want to check your Subscriptions tab and unsubscribe there from the Trados forum if you have subscribed to it.
In connections to the aforementioned, you can also turn off your notifications from the Notifications tab.
However, please be mindful that these settings in the notifications tab apply to all applications, not just a singular one, like the Trados forum. That is why it's important to first check your subscriptions.
Hope this helps.
All the best,

All the best,
Thank you, I will check the settings later.

But here are some details re time delays:
First copy of one notification came immediately at 12:24, and the second copy at ca. 14:55.
But for another notification which originated one hour before (11:27) NO second copy came so far.
Hope this helps.
Would you be so kind in letting me know as well - if possible, the date you started getting the duplicate emails? Would it be over the weekend or even earlier?
Thank you.
First time I got duplicates, I had to check, were on 16.02 9:40 GMT+1. It seems that there were none on 15.02 - but I wasn't very active before 16.02.
In the meantime the second copy of a notification came in. That is one dated 11:27 today and came in between 15:03 and 15:12. That one took clearly longer as another copy of a notification from 12:24. So it's nothing with a predictable delay.
I understand.
Still, I appreciate you letting me know all these details as they will help with investigating the issue further.
So thank you. I'll make sure to look into this with my colleagues and get back to you with a response as soon as possible.
All the best.
