It happened to me a few times that I was writing a post in which I needed to insert a media file when suddenly the whole text disappeared. The first time this happened, I didn't know what was going on until I realised that this happens if I inadvertently click on the image that I have inserted into the post (or any other image in the thread above my reply).

Clicking on an image displays a blank page with just the image and it does this in the same browser tab. The question is: if that happens, how can I get back to the post I was writing? If I click on the "Back" button of the browser, I get back to the page with the post but all the text I had already typed is lost, which is very annoying because I need to start from scratch.

How can I avoid this?
