 I have talked to my colleagues and they asked me to inform you that registering with RWS is not a guarantee of work - registration adds your information to their database so that they can contact you when they have opportunities that match your profile information and skill set. 
 They will reach out via email should your profile be a good fit for any project they are going to be recruiting for.
