Help with my subscription!!!

Hi,
I bought a 12-month Trados subscription in October and I used Trados a few months ago. However, when I tried to use Trados again today, I received a message saying that my license has been deactivated. Also, when I check the subscription which I renewed in October, it says that it was renewed in March of 2024 and that it expired in March of 2024 (the same month and year), which is absurd because it is a 12-month license.

I saw on your website that there were telephones to receive assistance, and that I could get access to them via my account, but when I click on the link I receive the following message:

The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Please I need help urgently because I have to start working on a project and I do not have any time to spare and I just spent an hour trying to fix this. I bought the subscription to save time, not waste it. Please call me immediately at +593987285155. Thank you.
