I hope this message finds you well.

I purchased a 12-month subscription to SDL on April 4, 2024. However, I noticed that I was charged twice for the subscription:

April 4, 2024: CAD 170.00
April 5, 2024: CAD 540.00

It appears that the charge of CAD 540.00 was made in error. I kindly request you to review my order history and issue a refund for the overcharged amount of CAD 540.00.

Please let me know if you require any further information or documentation to process this request.

    I hope this email finds you well.

    I am writing to confirm that on April 5, I purchased a 12-month subscription to Trados Studio Freelance. However, I noticed that I was charged CAD 540.00, which is significantly higher than the 12-month subscription in 2023 subscription rate of CAD 170.00 for one user. This amounts to an overcharge of CAD 370.00.

    Could you please review this matter and issue the appropriate refunds at your earliest convenience?

    As mentioned in my previous reply, order-related issues (prices, and refunds if applicable) can be solved (if possible) by emailing trados@rws.com. The RWS Community Feedback forum is not for solving such issues. Unfortunately, the team handling this forum doesn't have access to orders and is therefore not responsible for such matters. 

    Therefore, please send an email to trados@rws.com. My colleagues will gladly explain to you the differences between the subscription you had at 170 CAD, and the one you purchased for 540 CAD, and obviously, they will let you know if you are eligible for a refund.
