I do not see my PO in my BPP

Hi, I have joined Multimango recently. I received the notification about my PO and invoice from navision@moravia.com I have checked our old emails and found that my MNet account is MNET\QVu, but when I signed in my BPP, I did not see any PO or invoice. Perhaps it linked another Mnet account under username Qvu2 because I can login my workzone with Qvu2@moravia.com. However, the issue that I have not received any mails to request to setup and update the password for the account Qvu2@moravia.com. I only received an email for account Qvu@moravia.com in the beginning of January, but no PO or invoice sent here. How can I resolve it?
